DevOps Engineer

We are a fast growing cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations defend themselves. As attackers leverage AI for high-speed strikes, we provide defenders with the same tools. Our platform creates an AI driven Autonomous Attacker that thinks like a hacker, generating end to end attack chains across Web, Cloud, and AI applications to prioritize mitigation where it matters. 

Founded a year ago, we’ve moved at lightning speed raising a Seed from CyberStarts and a Series A from Lightspeed within five months. We are a team of 35 employees, now expanding our GTM and Product teams.

Based in Sarona, Tel Aviv, we maintain a high transparency, low ego environment where individuals have the autonomy to make a massive impact on a category defining product. 

About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure from scratch. You will be a key partner in building our foundation in a highly dynamic, startup environment. 

This role is ideal for a tech savvy expert who thrives on solving complex architectural challenges in the AI space. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Design, build, and maintain our scalable AWS infrastructure and production environments entirely from scratch.

• Act as our Kubernetes Expert, managing container orchestration and deep-diving into complex areas like Admission Webhooks.

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines while working hand-in-hand with R&D to package and release innovative AI-driven features.

• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ensuring a deep conceptual understanding of automation and scalability.

• Oversee comprehensive monitoring, logging, and security best practices across all cloud processes.

• Lead technical mentorship and drive a collaborative DevOps culture, providing creative solutions to non-trivial infrastructure problems.

•  5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong preference for early-stage startups.

• Proven expertise with AWS and expert level hands on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production.

• Expert knowledge of Terraform and automation scripting (Python, Go, or Bash).

• Ability to handle dynamic environments and prioritize tasks independently in a fast paced environment.

• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking protocols.

• A collaborative mindset, someone who is a self-starter but also a patient communicator and a team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microservices, distributed systems, and modern AI-related infrastructure.

• Familiarity with data streaming or big data technologies.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CKA, AWS Solutions Architect).
